Flag Turkey

Description

The Turkey courtesy flag features a red field with a white crescent and five-pointed star and is flown by foreign-registered vessels as a sign of respect when entering Turkish territorial waters. Intended for courtesy use in the standard small size, the flag should be hoisted on the starboard spreader or a designated courtesy flag halyard in accordance with international maritime etiquette. Manufactured from marine-grade polyester, it is suitable for regular outdoor use in Mediterranean and Aegean cruising conditions.
