Flag Poland

Description

The Poland flag features a horizontal bicolour of white over red and is used both as a courtesy flag by foreign vessels and as the national ensign by Polish-registered craft. Smaller sizes are typically flown as courtesy flags when entering Polish waters, while larger sizes are suitable for display as the vessel’s national flag. Manufactured from marine-grade polyester, the flag is designed for durability, colour stability, and reliable performance in marine environments, including Baltic Sea and inland cruising conditions. Courtesy flags should be flown from the starboard spreader or a designated courtesy flag halyard, while the national flag should be displayed at the stern or on a stern-mounted flagstaff in accordance with established maritime practice.
