Description

The Norway courtesy flag features the red field with a blue Nordic cross outlined in white and is flown by foreign-registered vessels as a sign of respect when entering Norwegian territorial waters. Intended for courtesy use in the standard small size, the flag should be displayed from the starboard spreader or a designated courtesy flag halyard in accordance with international maritime etiquette. Manufactured from marine-grade polyester, it is suitable for prolonged outdoor use in marine environments, including colder and coastal conditions.
