Rated up to 18A maximum load (with 8A secondary rating depending on wiring configuration), it activates the pump when the bilge water level reaches approximately 2.3&#8243; (60 mm).</p>
<p data-start="1079" data-end="1437">Manufactured with a high-quality ABS housing, the unit is ultrasonically welded to create a sealed, leak-resistant enclosure suitable for harsh bilge environments. The internal activation mechanism features a unique steel bearing design for reliable switching performance and long operational life, with switching cycles rated up to 10 million activations.</p>
<p data-start="1439" data-end="1707">The switch is supplied with 1 metre of 16 AWG marine-grade wire lead for straightforward installation in 12V or 24V DC systems, within the specified amperage limits. It is suitable for use with most standard bilge pumps where automatic water level control is required.</p>
