The Europe courtesy flag features a blue field with a circle of twelve yellow stars and is commonly flown by visiting vessels when cruising European waters. While not a national ensign, it is often displayed as a regional courtesy or identification flag, particularly in marinas, ports, and international events. Intended for courtesy use in standard small sizes, the flag should be flown from the starboard spreader or a designated courtesy flag halyard and never replace the vessel’s national ensign. Manufactured from marine-grade polyester, it is suitable for regular outdoor use in coastal and inland European cruising conditions.
