]]> The Lalizas Lifebuoy Light M.O.B. is a classic marine safety device designed to provide optimum visibility at sea during man-overboard situations. The light is SOLAS, MED, and USCG approved and emits a white light with a luminous intensity of not less than 2 cd in all directions of the upper hemisphere for a minimum duration of 2 hours, ensuring effective visual marking in low-visibility conditions.
The unit operates using four D-cell 1.5 V alkaline batteries (not included). In accordance with regulatory guidance, batteries should be marked with a Best If Used By (BIUB) or Best Before date and indicate a lifespan of 7 to 10 years. It is essential to record the battery replacement date in the designated space on the product, in compliance with new MED Directive requirements. Suitable for use on commercial vessels and recreational craft requiring approved safety equipment.
