Hempel Light Primer is a two-component epoxy primer supplied in a 750ml pack in Off White, designed for use on fiberglass (GRP), steel and aluminium substrates in marine environments. Its epoxy formulation provides excellent adhesion, high durability and effective sealing properties, making it suitable for application both above and below the waterline. It can be used as a primer before antifouling on underwater areas or as a base coat for topside finishes. The cured film offers good resistance to water exposure and mechanical wear when applied over properly prepared and degreased surfaces. Mixing of base and curing agent must be carried out according to manufacturer specifications to ensure correct curing and performance.

Seajet 117 Multipurpose Epoxy Primer

Seajet 117 Multipurpose Epoxy Primer is a two-component epoxy primer designed for use in all areas of the boat, providing durable long-term protection for fibreglass (GRP), steel and aluminium substrates.

When applied in four roller coats, Seajet 117 offers effective protection against osmosis, making it an ideal choice for new builds, refits and preventative maintenance. It forms a strong, moisture-resistant barrier and is suitable for use beneath antifouling paints as well as two-component topcoats.

This epoxy primer is particularly well suited as a first coat on GRP, delivering excellent adhesion and a stable base for subsequent coatings. Seajet 117 can be used both above and below the waterline, with colour options tailored to each application.

Seajet 015 Underwater Primer is a fast-drying primer designed exclusively for underwater use, providing excellent adhesion to both existing antifouling coatings and subsequent paint layers.

OWATROL C.I.P. (Corrosive Inhibiting Primer)

Properties

OWATROL® C.I.P. can be applied directly onto stable oxidation. Impregnates and stabilizes in difficult conditions.
Anti-corrosion primer, red/brown, one-component for oxidised surfaces.
Can be applied directly onto a healthy oxidation without sanding first.
Multifunction:
1. Impregnates and deeply penetrates healthy metal. Fills micro-cavities.
2. Radically detains the rust and stabilizes the surface in preparation for it´s finishing coat.
3. Reinforced protection: active pigments and a solid, flexible film to avoid any risk of cracking.
4. Adheres to all metal surfaces. Compatible with the majority of finishes, preferably one-component finishes.
Temperature Resitant to + 175º C.

International Gelshield 200 Epoxy Primer
