Payment
We currently accept the following payment methods:
By Credit card: (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro) using a secure payment gateway.

How do I make a purchase?
To make a purchase, simply select the items you would like to order and add them to your shopping bag. You can then proceed through the checkout process after you register. Registering is quick and easy. Then you can make a secure online payment using your credit card. Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation.

Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes, having an account enables you to save your address details and review previous orders. You can create an account by clicking on the My Account navigation top right,  or by opting in when placing an order.

Do you charge IVA?
By law, we are required to collect 21% sales tax on all orders shipping within the EU zone.

My Data
We only retain your name and email address and order details. We do not retain your credit card or any other sensitive data. All payments are processed off-site in a secure environment. After payment, you are return to this website for order confirmation.

Delivery
All orders within Spain are shipped via Nacex.
Shipping charges are calculated at the checkout by weight.
Shipping is door to door.


When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed Monday through Friday by 14:00 pm SPANISH TIME (excluding holidays) are generally shipped the next business day if the goods are in stock. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship on the following Monday (excluding holidays) if the goods are in stock.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. Our courier does not supply a tracking number.  If you need a tracking number, we can arrange shipping via a different courier.  Please contact us for a quote.

Will I have to pay any additional taxes or duties?
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, however sales within the EU zone is duty and import tax FREE. There is no duty or extra tax to pay. 

Warranty
All products sold on our website carry the full manufacturer's Warranty.

Returns
Please keep your receipt after your purchase and we will be happy to refund (or provide Ayamar Nautico Gift Vouchers) or exchange any product within 14 days of purchase, for any reason, providing that the product is in the same condition that it was when it was purchased. This policy does not cover any product that has been cut to measure, unless it is faulty. 

Returns by post will be accepted, but you will have to pay the return postage and ship any item back to us, whereupon we will arrange credit back to you.
